At Lástima music is free.

With the universe of music going more and more abroad of the conventional methods and the established forms: from publishing companies to independent music or netlabels; from compact disc to mini-disc and mp3, we believe the way it is communicated also needs to be different. Firstly free. And then different.

We exist to communicate music efficiently, as well as having specific mechanisms to simplify the process of writing, editing, bookmarking and promoting bands and artists. We exist to assure that music arrives at its destination: to its public.

We act in the national and international rock scene either in its simple expression, but also in the alternative one. We want to stir music's universe through partnerships with other projects, bands, publishing companies or other forms of music. That's how we want to make a good catalogue: few and good.

We want to set music free.

Lástima possesses an international license called Creative Commons that allows having a registered composition and simultaneously free to share and free of any legal complications. All our editions are available on-line but also physically, we value and respect those who collect good music.
